I tunes account disabled

I do not want to sit on the phone with Apple support for an hour, all I need to do is to update my payment method and I try to in my settings and each time it tells me to contact Apple support

Enabling a disable account status I received a replacement card, I scan the card information successfully ,,nothing changed except the 3 digits security code,it says “accounts disabled at tunes apple store, I don’t know how to change that, How can i singn into my apple tunes account? Thanks

If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support
