Voicemail issue

Hi all,

Have a new IPHONE XR, decided it would be a good idea to delete my voicemails ive received over the last 2 months. Deleted and then cleared in archive also, but whenever anyone calls now if i miss it they cant leave me a voicemail and its saying my voicemails are full.

Please help!
