Privacy and Security in Catalina
I have just loaded Catalina and could not load Security & Privacy preference pane. Help?
First try restarting your Mac.

It worked, thanks. I have had to restart a few times to get some things to work!
Restarting or shutting down/booting up is a good thing: it gets rid of "glitches", cleans up cache and does a number of other other little maintenance things.
