It seems that Apple has disabled my background refresh leaving it on draining my battery. Has this happened to anyone else? How do I get back into the background refresh to turn it off. I
My FaceTime is not accessible either. 😟

As I rarely Ask Questions I am not quiet sure of the page layout now as I have been away a while.
On the Home Screen Setting mine looks like this
On the Other Screen I have no Background setting either.

Hi,
Regarding the FaceTime part.
In Settings > Home Screen you can choose to put new item in the Library or on the Home Screen, plus an option to Display the Library.

Unfortunately I don’t seem to have either of those options under home screen.
Thank you for your suggestion but the problem is still not solved. Apple says it’s solved but it’s not.
Thank you for your response Ralph. I have contacted Apple directly and my problem is solved. Strangely enough it was through screen time. Go figure, lol.
