iPhone 7 Repair Program for "No Service" Issues.

Bangkok Apple Store did not accept my iPhone7 for reparation (I bought my iPhone7 in Japan), even though Apple website stated that "In all cases, your iPhone will be sent to an Apple Repair Center for service" (reference: https://support.apple.com/iphone-7-no-service). Is there any way to get this service?

Repair center I have my iPhone 7 Plus with no service issue i need to repair it and i have warranty 2 years but from service center informed to me its not covered with warranty can i know the logic of this answer form apple service center of Saudi Arabia naghamh jiddah

They have the right to refuse the warranty work. It is only valid in the country of purchase.
