How to send money in messages

I have $.05 apple cash and cannot send money in messages and I see no way to select a card from my wallet

the minimum amount that you can send in messages is $1.

If you want to transfer the money to your bank, should be able to go into the Wallet app, select Apple Cash, tap the 3 dots in the upper right, select transfer to bank.
