Follow the steps here: See or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
Once cancelled it will continue until it is set to renew, at which point it will expire.
If you need it to expire and to remove it from your account immediately for some reason you'll need to contact iTunes Billing to have them remove it after its been cancelled: Contact - Official Apple Support
