email issues

My mail says "Account Error" and says I'm not connected to the internet but I am.. I can't seem to find the issue. Any luck? I'm trying to find an email I sent to make sure it did and it won't update.

In the interim log into your WebMail in a browser, like icloud.com or gmasil.com

Are you running any VPN, Anti-Virus, or Cleaning apps?
