When I try to cancel my account on the WW app it tells me it cannot cancel it can only be done through the iTunes system. How do I find where and how to do it?

Then its not tied to the Apple ID you are currently signed in to.
Subscriptions will be tied to the Apple ID that initates them, so if you had another Apple ID at some point when you started the WW subscription, its probably tied to that one.
When I try to cancel my WW subscription through iTunes no “subscription” is listed.
