Transfer Items from iPhone to iTunes

The option is in the iTunes menu. It should transfer the items when you sync, but if it doesn't you can do it manually

Right click the phone in the device pane & select "Transfer Purchases".

I cant update my apps from iphone to Itunes, I am told to authorize this computer on Itunes, I`ve done that but still Im told to authorize the computer when i try to sync. I have no restrictions on in the settings. If I restore to fabric settings i will loose the apps that I`ve bought.

You can download the apps you've bought using iTunes, you don't have to transfer them.
As long as you are signed into iTunes on your PC using the same account that you used to buy the apps in the first place, you will not be charged again.
Once you click on the "Buy" button, iTunes will look at your acccount and realise that you've already bought the app so will then download it into iTunes for free.

If you end up resetting iTunes or the phone (I'd say this was a computer issue so maybe re-install iTunes again), you will not lose anything because you bought the apps legitimately and can look up your past purchase history using the "My Acount" link in iTunes to see what you to download again
