We see that you are getting an error for your Mobile Data after getting the "Cellular Update failed" error. Your screen shot also shows "Searching" for your mobile service. Did you complete the steps listed in the section, 'What to do next' in the following article when you updated?
If you see an Update Failed or Apple Pay Not Available alert after iOS update or restart
If not, attempt those steps and then test. If you still are showing the Mobile Data error it is most likely related to the "Searching" status. Take a look at the following support article for this issue:
