Why do we have 2 email addresses associated with our Apple accounts?
Why is it that we have an @me.com email address along with the @icloud.com email address? Does anyone use theirs? What is the point of both?

iCloud: About your @icloud.com, @me.com, and @mac.com email addresses - Apple Support explains the vagaries of the options which may, or may not be available to users.
I can and do use all options as aliases.
