You have already been told that your mac can upgrade to El Capitan.
And you have already been told you can upgrade to El Capitan by following this link,

so what exactly is your problem, it is very simple to follow.
In your original post in another community you were give a link which you did follow but this takes you to the App Store where the download does not work but if you follow the link I gave you it does work.
It is as simple as that.
What exactly are you doing, all you have to do is click on my link that I gave you

Are you still trying to install from Apples Recovery Server, you do not need to do this if you have a working OS.
You are still posting in your discussion in the Mavericks community and you are not making any sense in there either.

If you want to upgrade your macs OS from Snow Leopard then upgrade to El Capitan,
you have been told several times how to do this, but you seem to be convinced of following

Did you have an Apple ID when you were on Snow Leopard, you must make sure you are using that one
and are spelling it correctly.
Your AppleID is usually your e-mail address and your AppleID password.

But Mavericks does not available ,so if I download direct mac os Yosemite ,will it work?
