Anyone have a dot on top right of Apple Watch? Seems like the pixel is out or something? How can I fix? Thanks in advance.

Hi there,
Your watch is not broken. That green dot you see is part of an icon meant to resemble an iPhone. It displays in the top left corner of control center and is meant to indicate when your Apple Watch is connected to your iPhone.
Here is a support article that goes into more detail about the subject: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT205025

Hi,
thank you for answering but I was concerned on the dot that is on my blue signal icon. The single dot that is black. Screen is fine but that spec goes away when my screen is white but shows up if the background is dark. I’m so confused. Kept trying to look up what it is but I’m not having any luck :(
