Anyone have a dot on top right of Apple Watch? Seems like the pixel is out or something? How can I fix? Thanks in advance.

Hi there,

Your watch is not broken. That green dot you see is part of an icon meant to resemble an iPhone. It displays in the top left corner of control center and is meant to indicate when your Apple Watch is connected to your iPhone.
