Hey sunshine508,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities!

We see from your post that you're having issues with storage and apps on your iPhone. We'd like to help out.

In this situation, we'd suggest using the information here:

How to check the storage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

"Other: Non-removable mobile assets, like Siri voices, fonts, dictionaries, non-removable logs and caches, Spotlight index, and system data, such as Keychain and CloudKit Database. Cached files can't be deleted by the system."

Cheers!

Have you deleted Photos and/or Movies from the Photos app, sunshine508?

Have you been, then, making sure to finish the deletion process by deleting those items from Photos' "Recently Deleted" folder?

(The files in that folder are removes from your device automatically, after they have been in there for more that 30 days, but you probably don't want to wait that long.)

There is another "Recently Deleted" folder that is accessible through the Files app (looks like a Blue Folder on a White background), but I doubt you want to go that far, unless you have deleted a bunch of non-Photos app files.

Worse case, you can Backup your iPhone (either to iCloud or a Mac or PC, via iTunes [Macs running Catalina don't even need iTunes for this]), then Wipe your iPhone and Restore from the Backup you made. (A separate "Wipe" operation may not be necessary.)

This clears all the un-removed "Trash" because such isn't backed-up.
