Why does my MacBook Air suddenly behave as if a SHIFT key is pushed down?

Today, suddenly, I cannot type any lowercase letters and numbers on my MacBook Air
The situation is just like a SHIFT key is being pushed down
I rebooted MacBook Air
Now I cannot log in to it because my password includes lowercase alphabets and numbers.
No information by internet search helps so far

What should I do?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.15

The Caps Lock key will do this, it's above the left Shift key. Try pressing it and see if that fixed the issue.
