locked out of phone says passcode is wrong and need to be able to get in
Is there a way to reset the passcode without knowing it? It continues to say it's wrong when I don't believe it is.

You need to remove that passcode (and all data on your iPhone) following the steps provided here:--> If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled
