I recently installed Instagram on my iPhone XR and I wanted to enable Face ID for it but unfortunately I didn’t find an option for other apps in the Face ID and passcode settings. Could you please help me out with it?

Face ID / Touch ID are functions that have to be integrated by the app developer. So if you are not finding these options when logging into your app or poking around in the app settings, then they likely are not available for this app. You can contact the app developer and inquire or suggest features..
Contact instagram support. That's something they would have to build into their app. Individual apps can't be secured with a passcode or face / Touch ID until the developer builds that functionality into their app.
If you go to Settings > Face ID & Passcode > Other Apps, you should see a list of apps that can use Face ID. If an app is not listed here, then I believe it does not have Face ID integrated into the app. If you see and app listed that you want to use Face ID and the switch is off, then you’ll need to turn it on.
Thank you. But it’s not only about Instagram, in general I don’t have other apps option in my Face ID and passcode setting option.
