How do you rename a Bluetooth device on iphone11? There doesn’t seem to be a rename option, just connect or forget the device.

As it states in tiny letters in this support article, not all Bluetooth devices can be renamed.
Change the name of a Bluetooth accessory - Apple Support
So if you don’t see the rename option, that device most likely can not be renamed.
