I have two email accounts, one using BT and the other Outlook. How can I set up one combined in box on my phone to pick up emails from both accounts?

There is already an All Inboxes folder available in the mail app if you have multiple email accounts. If you don’t see it, tap the Edit Button and them select All Inboxes. Tap Done when you are finished.
