I want to buy the new macbook air 2020 and i want a keyboard with Arabic and English language so which option should i have to choose? Backlit magic keyboard- arabic?

Yes. All keyboards for Arabic (and other non-Latin scripts) also have English on them. Otherwise you could not type most email and web addresses.
