Module change

Hello! My name is Yana. I live in Ukraine.

About year ago my iPhone fell on the floor, after this on the screen appeared black spot that cover almost 30% of screen. I have asked service center in Ukraine. They told that I have to change the module. But there is no screen damages at all, only black spot. My iPhone was with protection cover.

I have read about guarantee program of iPhone X. (problems with module)

And I would like to ask is it possible to repair it or change my iPhone using this guarantee program?

I have the box, but no receipt, because it was a gift.

Also it was presented in November, 2019, almost 2 years past.

And I am in Ukraine, and there is no official service center Apple. If my device can be changed and repaired according to this program and above mentioned facts, how can I do this being in Ukraine?

Maybe there is a possibility to send my iPhone to any service centres in other countries? Or I have to visit any country where your service center is situated?
