i recently i received a spam call everyday. I want to set up favorite call that alway ring and mute the rest of incoming call. it there a function that will do?

You can silence unknown callers or set up an app to block them.
I would recommend silencing unknown callers in the rare event that you could get calls from someone on a withheld or unknown number. This often can include Apple (when requesting a call-back from support), call centres and local law enforcement.
