My Final Cut Pro is Crashing, below is the report. PLEASE HELP. I am in the middle of a project and dont know why this is happening. I have the latest Mac OS. PLEASE HELP.

My Final Cut Pro is Crashing, below is the report. PLEASE HELP. I am in the middle of a project and dont know why this is happening. I have the latest Mac OS. PLEASE HELP.
Whenever there's a crash, reset your preferences by hold Opt-Cmd as you relaunch the application.
You should generate an EtreCheck report using full drive access from the application preferences. To produce a report use File->New Report. Then use the copy report function and paste it using the Additional Text button in the reply box.. The application is a free download from the App Store.

Not able to add the report here. the report is apparently more than 10,000 words. Accidentally pressed solved- not solved yet, couldnt change the status.
There is an additional text button in the reply box. Next to the graphics button.
Did it crash again after resetting the preferences?
To add the report, click the “additional text “ button below the message area and paste it into the text box.
