Creating shortcuts to hide apps.

If I create a shortcut for an app, can I then delete the app and keep the shortcut?

m.liti ~ If you create a shortcut consisting of an Open App action and, in its Details pane, you Add to Home Screen, that won't create a duplicate copy of the app your shortcut opens. ...So therefore, no, you can't delete the app – you can only hide it away in a folder in another Home Screen.
