Hi everyone.im having a problem .at times when trying to enter my passcode ,some numbers don’t work .also,today my phone failed to lock screen for 5minutes despite pressing the button

If you're using a screen protector, try to remove it.
Shouldn't be this case, your touch screen could be out of control, but we can't diagnose those issues remotely.
