Apple Wallet/Apple Pay

I'm trying to add my payment card to Apple Pay in order to pay for a subscription to Apple music, but unfortunately for some reason, the card was added successfully to Apple Wallet but does not want to be added as a payment method to pay off this debt.

What to do with it because I can't live without music?☹️☹️☹️☹️

Update: I have already talked about this with the bank's consultants. They said that this question should be asked by Apple support.
