How do I remove the bookmark sidebar on the left side of my iPad. I’ve tried turning off multitasking and several other things it said to do, nothing removes it.

In the upper left hand corner of your iPad you will see a “blue” icon that looks like a book. Tap that and the sidebar should go away.

Just tap on the blue bookmark icon in the upper left part of the screen to close the bookmarks pane.
