i restored my iPhone 8 and I had 8000 Photos and Videos (all uploaded to iCloud Photos), but now on my iPhone there are only 2300 of them. iCloud Photos is on, everything shows up on my pc on icloud.com... what could I do?

Have you tried turning off iCloud Photos on the iPhone off/on? Have you left the iPhone plugged in and connected to WiFi?

Do you have enough iCloud storage space?
Im using 113GB and I have 90GB still unused space
I just waited a few days and all photos appeared on my phone again :)
My iCloud Photos aren't showing up on my iPhone
