You did get an error message that you need at least 3.53 GB of free space. You need to delete something to get more free space or try updating through your computer.
Are you on a WiFi network?

Then, I would suggest trying to update through your computer.
This is all i can see on my device when i look to update. No errors but its not asking me to update anything
