What model of iPad do you have - and the current installed version of iOS?

Many older models of iPad cannot be updated to newer versions of iOS/iPadOS - and many Apps require a higher version of iOS than your iPad may be able to support.

Here are the highest versions of iOS supported by older models of iPad:

iPad1 - iOS 5.1.1

iPad2, iPad3, iPad mini1 - iOS 9.3.5 (WiFi Only), iOS 9.3.6 (WiFi & Cellular)

iPad4 - iOS 10.3.3 (WiFi Only), iOS 10.3.4 (WiFi & Cellular)

iPad Air1, iPad mini2, iPad mini3 - iOS 12.4.8

Other iPad models support iPadOS 13.6 (current)
