Hi please help me I'm in India'I by secend hand iphone8 the phone is iam reset the n phone is iCloud lock I don't no original owner wath to do
Before you buy a phone, you should always check it is unlocked and ready to go if not purchased directly from Apple or an Apple Authorised Retailer.
There's pretty much nothing you can do without getting in touch with the original owner. I'd recommend recycling the phone.
