It sounds like you are wanting to connect Airpods to a USB microphone. Typically USB microphones wont be able to connect to another bluetooth device like AirPods. If you are using this USB microphone with a computer you can connect the Airpods to the computer, be sure to edit the audio settings because it may automatically try to use the AirPods microphone instead of the USB microphone.
