Where can I find downloaded podcasts?

When I download a podcast on the new Podcasts app, where can I find it?

I looked at Macintosh HD->Users->Music-> Podcasts but there aren't any downloads.

I ask this because I hope I could put mp3 files onto my iPod.

I see downloaded episodes in Podcasts->Downloaded. But I can't drag them to my iPod.
