how do you eject a wireless mouse USB port that isn't appearing anywhere on my Mac;

or where can I look to find it

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.15

It does not have to be ejected. If the mouse is an Apple mouse, then it uses BlueTooth. If it's an RF mouse, then you have a USB adapter plugged in. Just unplug it.
