Problem with phone memory
I’ve deleted 2,500 photos&videos(from recently deleted too)but memory on my phone don’t clean ,why?

Looks like the 'other' category is taking up a large amount of space.. Did you try deleting all the stuff in the Recently Deleted album?
If so, try doing a forced restart and see if 'Other' storage drops.

Is your iOS updated to 13.6?

go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage
what is taking up all your space?
Note that when you delete photos/videos, they move to a 'Recently Deleted' album. You can clear this out thru photos, or from within the Settings > General > iPhone Storage area
