Apple Cash option not available in wallet

Hi! I’m not able to set up Apple Cash under my wallet. I don’t have an option to turn it on at all.

when trying to sign out and back in I’m getting a message that my icloud account doesn’t match my iMessage account but I don't see any difference and Tried everything to get it solved.
