Is iOS Mail Incompatible with Windows 10 mail?

When I send an email from my iPad using the standard mail app to a recipient using Windows 10 mail, occasionally they cannot open or read what does open. It happens most frequently when I forward a mail sent to me by another iPad.

Is this a known issue?

When I send mail on my iPhone, it is reflected on my Mac. My iPad never syncs with sent mail. My iPad does however receive mail just fine.

iPhone email not synching with MacBook Air email When I read an email(Bell mail) or delete an email on my iPhone, it doesn't appear as read or deleted on my MacBook Air. I can send an email from iPhone and it appears immediately on my MacBook. I can read or delete and send an email on my MacBook and it is reflected immediately on my iPhone.
