Fedex lost my trade in when I was returning my old macbook to phobio trade in.

As above. Order on June 23rd, received my trade in box on June 30th, shipped on July 2nd, no tracking information retrieved since then. I have called Apple, Fedex and Phobio, everyone says I should on with one another. Now my old macbook got lost and my trade in was cancelled automatically. People please be AWARE. Apple trade in could be a LIE!!!

You need to file a claim with FedEx.

When I enter the tracking number on Fedex, it states that it is not available in their database.

Then how do you know FedEx actually picked it up? Did you drop it off at a retail location so that you have a receipt?

I handed it to a driver as there was already a return label.
