You can't increase battery health but you can follow these steps to make your battery last longer:

Batteries - Maximizing Performance - Apple


If your battery performance is that bad, you could look at getting a replacement. Apple will run tests on the battery and rarely replace anything that is below 80% as that is a good level for an average phone user for 2 years.

Get a New Battery - one much healthier.


With AppleCare + coverage, wait it out, until it gets to < 80%. Get it from Apple, if your iPhone is covered under AppleCare (must have a rating less than 80%). Beware that if your iPhone it is mingled with by anyone other than Apple, your coverage would be cancelled out.


If no AppleCare + Coverage: Get it from your local retailer.
