Unable to start station

Anyone else having issues starting their personalized radio station (“your name” station)? I’m encountering an issue on both PC and iPhone.

Try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network to see it the same thing occurs. You can also turn Wi-Fi off on your iPhone by going to Settings > Wi-Fi. Next, see if your station will load using your cellular connection. This will help isolate and network issues that may be causing this.


Also, close the music app, restart both devices and try starting the station again:

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

It's possible that this station is experiencing trouble or is no longer available. Try signing out of Apple Music by going to Settings > iTunes & App Store > ( Apple ID ) > sign out.

To sign out you will need to sign out of iTunes in Settings. This will require you to redownload any music you have already downloaded for offline use. ​I would recommend you read this article, use it for the steps to sign out and back in:

Sign in with a different Apple ID on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
