I have purchased Mac book air 2020 512 GB on 20.7.2020 .
i bc am getting only 3 hours battery back up
I have reinstalled MacOSX and also done SLC in advise of apple technical support team but still problem persist

No. The issue is NOT with ALL the 2020 MacBook Air computers. I have one and is working fine on battery. I get about 7 - 8 hours of battery life with ease.
You probably have something running in the background and draining battery faster than normal. Open the app ACTIVITY MONITOR and see which process or app is taking up all the CPU capacity and that will be the culprit.
If you are not familiar with ACTIVITY MONITOR app then then other option is to get your 2020 MacBook Air repaired/examined while it is still under the Apple 1YR Limited Warranty. Take advantage of it.

Nothing is running in background . In fact I have replaced the machine with new one and still I am getting the same issue .
I have taken consultation from apple support team , but they are also unable to support
