Hello, my partners iPhone 6s has an "iPhone Backup Failed" notification showing although iCloud backup is turned off. What do I do to get rid of the notification? I have done all the obvious i.e. gone through notification settings, done a hard re-start, logged in and out of iCloud, any thoughts?

Maybe i didn't make it clear, but I haven't backed up the phone to the cloud, there isn't a backup in the cloud, I don't want to backup to the cloud, back up to the cloud is not turned on, notifications are not turned on. It's just the notification that Backup failed shouldn't be there and I would like to get rid of it.
