Bought a Apple Watch from a guy and it has activation lock, what do i do?
Is there a way I can ether bypass it or can I find the original owner and give it back to them? (Guy said he “found” it and he never linked it with his phone)

If the seller "found it". It was not his to sell.
There is no way to bypass the activation lock. It's completely useless.
