Can't you contact your carrier and ask for your old phone number? In any case, you can also contact Apple Support directly, using this link:--> Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - Apple Support

i cant sign in because i need to put my old phone number which i forgot. it is needed to the two-factor authentication
