Does the charge says specifically Apple TV+? Normally Apple charges on a credit card statement only show "Apple.com/bill" in them and do not identify the specific service the charge is for. You would see the same thing for the movies you purchased. Are you sure its not the collected charge for those movies? How did you pay for them exactly?
If you see "apple.com/bill" or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support
Apple will not charge you out of the blue, if its a real Apple charge, you did something to start the subscription. It does not just magically start and charge unsuspecting people. What things did you watch exactly? Some of them may have been part of the subscription service and would have required you to agree to the subscription. Like the current Greyhound movie. That's a subscription only movie, and would have required you activate the subscription to watch.

If its not on your Apple ID, then make sure you are not sharing the payment method on your Apple ID with anybody that may have used it to activate Apple TV+
If there is no subscription to Apple TV+ on your Apple ID and you are sure nobody else uses your credit card, and it does in fact specify Apple TV+ on your credit card statement, then its not from Apple. It may be a scam, and you would need to contact your Credit card provider and contest the charge.
