Trouble with new iPhone SE 2 after using the quick setup...(the set up w the circle that you use the camera to set up)

I forgot to sign out of icloud, microsoft and google on old device (iphone 8) before i did quick set up on new device iphone se2. can i power on my old device and sign out?
