How can I download Mac OS High Sierra for an older Mac?

no longer works. How can I download an installer for High Sierra for an pre-2012 Mac Mini?

Yes, the Mac is compatible. It turned out that the link doesn't open correctly using Firefox, but worked with Safari. I guess I should have tried that. Thanks.
