I am engineer working in Electrical protection field , I want to ask if i buy mack book pro 2020 it’s can be using in my job because i need in my job some applications like ( Omicron softwares , dixsi program , some Relays testing modules.., etc )

You need to check with the software developers. Many engineering apps run only on Windows. Microsoft Access hasn't had a Mac version for a couple of decades.
We are end users like you, not Apple, so I doubt someone will join this thread who maintains a master index of engineering apps and their compatibility with macOS.
Even engineering school is not completely Mac friendly. My son was a computer engineering major in a major western US university. He made it through the first four years of Engineering studies with his MacBook Pro but had to buy a Windows computer to finish fifth-year studies and graduate.
