Two Thoughts:

If you are saying that your eMail and password are not being accepted, then restart your iPhone, and try the link provided below.

A. Restart your iPhone:

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: General
3. Tap: Shutdown (Very Botton)
4. Wait: 30 Seconds:
5. Power on: The iPhone

And...

B. Go Here for More: If you can't Connect or Sign in to iCloud - Apple Support

Please provide a little bit more details. Are you able to enter your Apple ID and Password? When you do which error message do you see? And finally, what is your question? You do not have a question in your statement above. Thanks.
